Breast Augmentation Patient 3649 This 21 year old, 5' 2", 90 pound Asian-American female patient presented with bilateral mammary hypoplasia (underdevelopment). Breast augmentation was performed using Inamed Medical style 68, size 240 round, smooth, saline breast implants filled to a level of 240 cc. The placement of the breast implants was subpectoral (below the chest muscle). The incision was transaxillary (via the armpit). Her pre-operative bra size was 32AAA; her post-operative bra size was 34B. The after photographs were taken 9 months after her surgery.
