Breast Augmentation Patient 2219
This 22 year old, 5' 3", 98 pound Hispanic female patient presented with bilateral mammary hypoplasia (underdevelopment). Breast augmentation was performed using Inamed Medical style 468, size 195 anatomical, textured, saline breast implants filled to a level of 205 cc. The placement of the breast implants was subpectoral (below the chest muscle). The incision was transaxillary (via the armpit). Her pre-operative bra size was 32A; her post-operative bra size was 34C. The after photographs were taken 9 months after her surgery.
