Breast Augmentation Patient 2725
This 34 year old, 5' 0", 123 pound African-American female patient presented with bilateral mammary hypoplasia (underdevelopment). Breast augmentation was performed using Inamed Medical style 68, size 240 round, smooth, saline breast implants filled to a level of 270 cc. The placement of the breast implants was subpectoral (below the chest muscle). The incision was in the inframammary crease. Her pre-operative bra size was 32B; her post-operative bra size was 34B. The after photographs were taken 5 ½ months after her surgery.
