Breast Lift/Augmentation Manhattan

Augmentation/Breastlift Patient 1967
This 30 year old, 5' 6", 144 pound female patient presented with pectus carinatum, a congenital convex chest wall deformity with abnormalities of the breastbone (sternum) and front (anterior) ribs. In this patient, the condition was more prominent on the left side causing the appearance of breast asymmetry and sagging (ptosis). A combination breast augmentation/vertical mastopexy (breastlift) was performed using Inamed Medical style 68, size 450 breast implants filled to a level of 490 cc. The placement of the breast implants was subpectoral (below the chest muscle) via the periareolar incision also used for breastlift. Her pre-operative bra size was 34A; her post-operative bra size was 34D/36DD. The after photographs were taken 10 months after her surgery.
