Liposuction Patient 1626 This 37 year old, 5' 3", 125 pound female patient presented with localized fat deposits of the hips, inner (medial) and outer (lateral) thighs extending down to the knees. She had a pear-shaped body with disproportionate fat deposits in the lower body. Ultrasonic-assisted and standard liposuction were performed to achieve contouring of the hips and legs, including knees. A total of 3750 cc of aspirate was obtained. After surgery, the patient had narrower hips, buttocks and thighs, with no "saddlebag" bulge, more shapely lower body contour and more proportionate and balanced upper and lower body.
