Liposuction/Chin Implant Patient 1554 This 37 year old, 5' 2", 130 pound female patient presented with microgenia (small chin) with localized fat deposits of the chin and neck (submental) area. Dr. Zevon performed liposuction of the chin and neck (submental liposuction) and inserted a chin implant (Inamed Medical small extended chin prosthesis). After surgery, her upper and lower face are more balanced, and her chin and neckline are perfectly sculpted.
