We provide "ballpark" estimates of surgical fees online.

If you come in for a cosmetic consultation with Dr. Zevon, we will give you a personalized quote for your plastic surgery. Here, on our website, we show ballpark estimates of fee ranges, based on the operating time involved, surgical technique or variation, and type of anesthesia. Both the ballpark estimates on the website and the quotes we provide after a personal consultation are itemized with fees for: 1) Dr. Zevon; 2) our facility (operating room time, supplies and nursing in our AAAASF-certified surgical suite); 3) board-certified physician anesthesiologist; 4) all before and after surgery visits; and 5) specific supplies for your surgery such as breast implants, surgical bra and/or liposuction garments. Fees for injectables (Botox, Juvederm, Restylane, Hylaform, collagens) are based on the quantities required for your treatment.

Fees are presented for your guidance. While it is tempting to "bargain shop", the training and experience of Dr. Zevon are the most important factors in the success of your surgery. Do not compromise on quality.

The office staff is headed by Mary Monahan, who has worked with Dr. Zevon for many years. She can help you decide what form of payment is best for you. Payment may be made in cash, certified check, credit card, or by monthly payment using a financing plan for plastic surgery patients.

Affordable Monthly Payments:
We offer a wide variety of financing plans for plastic surgery patients. These plans are funded by independent lenders who determine eligibility, the amount of the loan and repayment terms. You can apply from our offices during your consultation, or apply online now.

Insurance:
Purely cosmetic procedures are usually not covered by health insurance. Sometimes there is a fine line between a cosmetic procedure which may be excluded, and a medically necessary procedure. Mary Monahan will be happy to assist you in completing any forms necessary for insurance reimbursement.
