This 27-year-old, 5-foot 10-inch, 170-pound male patient presented with gynecomastia consisting uniformly of subareolar glandular tissue. Subareolar glandular tissue was excised via an incision in the lower border of the areola. After surgery, he had a firmer, flatter chest with a more masculine contour. Good symmetry was obtained.
