About this patient:
This 33-year-old, 5-foot 11-inch, 180-pound male patient presented with gynecomastia, fat deposits on the chest, and subareolar glandular tissue. The condition was more pronounced on the right side than on the left. Ultrasound-assisted liposuction was performed, and subareolar glandular tissue was excised using a Webster incision. 175 cc of aspirate was removed from each side. After surgery, he had a firmer, flatter chest with a more masculine contour. Good symmetry was obtained.
