About this patient:This 17-year-old, 6-foot 2-inch, 245-pound male patient presented with gynecomastia, fat deposits on the chest, and subareolar glandular tissue. Ultrasound-assisted liposuction was performed, and subareolar glandular tissue was excised using a Webster incision. 575 cc of aspirate was removed from right side and 500 cc from the left side. After surgery, he had a firmer, flatter chest with a more masculine contour. Good symmetry was obtained.
