Mary phoned me to speak with me about my breast augmentation. She transferred me to Marie who spoke with me about the actual procedure. Both Mary and Marie were reassuring and extremely friendly. They made me feel as if I was important to them and that you, as a doctor, would take good care of me as a patient. These two women are indeed an asset to you as a doctor.

The comfort level on a phone is usually none at all (I have spoken with other offices before.) I have never felt as comfortable and secure enough to even make a consultation appointment. I look forward to meeting, Mary, Marie and you.
